How can you tell if a technical guy has the chops to develop your startup idea? I know for a lot of young entrepreneurs in the Dart community who hire technical people to develop their web application, they have no idea how to determine if that person has the ability to get the job done well.

This same scenario plays out for businesses all over who want to hire technical people. That's where the new startup SkillTesting comes in. Chris and Boris developed a platform where companies can create tests to measure a candidate's technical abilities.
